Cogworx to support UK Export Finance’s User-Centred Design ambitions

Cogworx is proud to announce that we’ve been selected to support UK Export Finance by providing User-Centred Design (UCD) services to augment the existing DDAT capability, focusing on the delivery of an exciting programme of work over the next 2 years.

We’ll be working closely with recently appointed Chief Digital Officer, Dan Bowden, and Head of UCD, Clara Songaila, to provide product, design, analysis and research specialists to help realise the ambitions of the organisation.

Cogworx first engaged with UK Export Finance a little over 2 years ago, before user-centred design and aligning to the Government Service Standard was a part of UKEF culture. Since then, the work Cogworx has delivered has contributed to the organisational shift to a formal Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) function, supported by GDS and led by Dan Bowden.

We’ve been fans of how UKEF has embraced the cultural and operational shift to aligning to the Service Standard and are really excited about being able to work alongside them to continue to deliver service design improvements for exporters, banks and brokers.

This is an exciting partnership for Cogworx and we can’t wait to get started.
